How lucky are we? For the next three weeks we’re back on tour with our patron, Steve Backshall as he wows audiences nationwide with his Ocean theatre show. From Inverness in Scotland to Truro in Cornwall, Bite-Back will be travelling the country alongside Steve and engaging with his fans and talking about the work we do to save the sharks, protect the oceans and spread the word.

The host of TV’s Deadly 60 and epic expeditions will be sharing his passion for the marine environment with tens of thousands of fans during the 11-day schedule.

Steve’s highly entertaining stage show comprises education, adventure, and footage of Steve alongside awesome marine life. And, better than that, Steve demonstrates the sheer size and scale of these creatures with a life-sized inflatable great white, giant squid, crocodile, and orca.

Campaign director at Bite-Back, Graham Buckingham, said: “We can’t think of any other audience that matches Steve’s curiosity and love for the oceans. This show is full of facts, fun and science and perfectly demonstrates the magnificence of the oceans and, at the same time, just how vulnerable they are to overfishing, climate change, plastic pollution, and coastal development. It’s a triumph of storytelling and a wonderful call to action to save the oceans from exploitation.”

Hopefully we’ll see you there.
